Q: What is the purpose of it?
A: It's a simple post just giving your subscribers suggestions on who they should subscribe to.
Q: Who created it?
A: Cloudica's creator, xiofire, made it only a few weeks back. The idea came off of "FollowFriday" on twitter.
Q: How many people should I tag?
A: The standard is four, but feel free to tag as many people as you want.
